An Unseen Face of Internet.

 Hello Everyone welcome to my new blog. Today onwards we are going to change little bit. As you can see that our name is changed form T he amazing world of subconscious mind to The Bitter Truth. As many people bored form same topic so I decided to change a little bit. and you can see this change in my topics. Also my one friend is complaining that Whenever I start a topic I go to depth but when it's time to come out I just break it. and this is not a good thing so from now i m going to improve. Let's start todays topic. Internet. Basically Internet has different face, but basically it is divided in to three parts, surface web, deep web and dark web. In this blog we are going to study about surface web and deep web because deep web is very vast and creepy thing. So we will discuss it later. Surface Web. The basic definition of surface web is any thing that you can access with the help of simple device like normal smart phone, simple computers. also my blog are in the surface we

intro to lucid dreams.

 

Lucid Dream:-  Lucid dream means that controlling your dreams. Lucid dreaming is a state where you are aware about that you are dreaming and then you can do what you want in your dream.

 

 

 

Types of lucid dreams:- There are mainly two types of lucid dreams.

 

1)    Natural Lucid Dream :-  In this type of dream you became naturally aware about you are dreaming. This type of dream come randomly and very rare.

2)    Unnatural Lucid Dream :- By the name you can understand that this type of dreams not come naturally. This can be done by using several different types of technique like- FILD, REALITY CHECK, ETC.

 

 

How to perform Unnatural Lucid Dream?

 

Step 1: BE PREPARE.

In this step you have to prepare your mind that you are going to lucid dream tonight by giving your mind several information about lucid dreams like- by watching videos on youtube, by reading  several article about lucid dream.

 

Step 2: SET AN ALARAM.

In this step you  have to put an alaram of 5-6 hours after you fall sleep ex.

If you fall sleep at 11 pm then put the alaram of 5 am.

 

Step 3: WAKE UP AS ALARAM RINGS.

In this step you have to just wake up when alaram rings. But mind that you do not touch any type electrical device like – mobile phone, T.V.,etc.

You just have to be busy you can read book also you can hear a lucid audio or some slow music (DO NOT USE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA). After some 15-30 mins you can go back to bed.

 

 

Step 4: DON’T FALL A SLEEP.

 

You think this is weird that I am telling you to go to bed and then order you to not to sleep but trust me this is most common mistake done by many people.

You just have to lie down on your bed and put your one hand on flat surface like floor or just put your hand on bed but you have to see that you do not bend you fingers.

 

Step 5 : FOCUS ON YOUR BREATHE.

As the name you just have to focus on your breathe. And then slowly move your fingers up and down like you are playing piano do not stop to move your fingers.

 

At last two things will happen.

 

1)    Either you go to dream state and you just have to reality check and then you are lucid dreaming

2)    Or you will fall sleep.but don’t worry you can try again later(never give up)
