Hello Everyone welcome to my new blog. Today onwards we are going to change little bit. As you can see that our name is changed form T he amazing world of subconscious mind to The Bitter Truth. As many people bored form same topic so I decided to change a little bit. and you can see this change in my topics. Also my one friend is complaining that Whenever I start a topic I go to depth but when it's time to come out I just break it. and this is not a good thing so from now i m going to improve. Let's start todays topic. Internet. Basically Internet has different face, but basically it is divided in to three parts, surface web, deep web and dark web. In this blog we are going to study about surface web and deep web because deep web is very vast and creepy thing. So we will discuss it later. Surface Web. The basic definition of surface web is any thing that you can access with the help of simple device like normal smart phone, simple computers. also my blog are in the surface we
I had seen that many people in todays world cannot do any thing with focus. yes it happens to me also.
whenever i try to do research for my new blog, and i open youtube or google i used to see the things that i don't want to.
also i waste my time on those useless videos..
But here is the twist i am going to give you an famous trick that must help you to do your work perfectly and also give you an satisfactory result.
But before that did you remember that trick that i gave you in my fear blog. So one of friends ask me that how we can apply that trick if we have fear of public speech. so let me explain it, So if you also have this fear read this carefully. first of all you have to do is that don't miss the chance to speak in public yes this is important because if you give excuse don't take a risk of speaking in public so here you are giving a chance to your fear to win. so first step is Give your first public speech.
Now many of you are going to tell me that we had given first speech but after that we feel very ashamed that it is good or not the people was liked it or not. so here is problem arise, don't give chance to your mind to think about others. just think about you like how you gave speech if there is an problem then go and try to fix it.
If you go to public speech first time you feel very nervous. yes it happens to all the great public speakers. there is no problem in it. but one thing you should remember is that never stop if you made an mistake during speech accept it and don't regret on that, just go for another public speech and try to don't make that mistake again.
Now let's continue todays topic. This techinique is known as pomodoro techinique. it's very famous techinique that can help you to do your work.
How to execute this techinique. To execute it you have to do is that take 35 minute time for the first session of that work. and for the first five minute you have to do is that turn off all the things that distract you during your work here i will prefer you to turn off your phone and put it aside now for next 25 minutes you have to do your work with full focus yes it means for 25 minutes you are not going to do any thing except your work.
But why for 25 minutes only we can do it for an hour also? no ! no one can do his/her work with full concentration unless he/she enjoy doing the work.
the average that anyone can focus on one thing is 25 minutes. now the next thing you do is that take 5 minutes break. and here you don't have to think about that work.
your first session is complete break your work in n number of session depends on your work that how long it takes. but remember 1 session should be of 35 minutes and all next should 30 minutes.
also i prefer to not use the mobile phone in the 5 minute break because it will distract your mind and you will take 55 minute break without knowing.
